  • Translation and interpretation support

Nothing provided by CHIBAI LLC constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or professional representation.

2. No Legal or Immigration Advice

CHIBAI LLC does not:

  • Represent clients before USCIS, courts, or agencies

  • Typing or formatting client-provided information
  • Translating documents as requested
  • Scanning, copying, and assembling paperwork

All documents are prepared solely based on information supplied by the client.

4. USCIS & Government Filings

CHIBAI LLC does not select forms or advise which forms to file.

5. Indiana Notary Public Disclosure

CHIBAI LLC provides notary services as a commissioned Indiana Notary Public.

6. Loan Signing Agent Disclosure

CHIBAI LLC facilitates signing of lender-prepared documents only.

7. Translation & Interpretation Services

Unless stated in writing, translations are not certified.

8. Educational & Language Instruction

Educational services are for learning purposes only.

9. Appointments & Service Scope

Services are provided by appointment only.

10. Fees & Payment Policy

Fees are based on time and service type.

Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
